I consider myself to be extremely lucky to be able to travel the world for my job. Although when I travel the days are packed I always try to get a chance to roam the city where I am at, and take some pictures. This time I have been in Shanghai. A city which overwhelmed me in every which way.  The clash between the rich and the poor, hi tech and lo tech, tall modern sky skrapers and small little run down houses and the incredible heat, are just a few of the things that make this city a sensorial experience everyone should have! Last weekend I was roaming the streets of San Francisco Mission area and walked by the wonderful Clarion Alley, which is an alley where local artists have created some wonderful murals. Last week I was in Hong Kong on a business trip, and although most of my time was spent at airport, hotel, office and restaurants, I did manage to walk through this amazing city a few evenings with my Nikon.

I’ve been in Hong Kong a few times and I find it a stunning city. What I love most about this city is the ‘Blade Runner‘ feeling this city breathes. It is clear that Ridley Scott was inspired by Hong Kong while making his masterpiece.
